  • Deliverables: A Next.js/React codebase and associated assets (images, copy, SEO configuration).
  • Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver the initial version within a reasonable timeframe after payment, but this is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Fees: You agree to pay the agreed-upon fee of $3,500 USD for the service.
  • No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of the work and the immediate costs incurred, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the project submission has been received and payment has been processed.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Ownership: Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final code, text, and specific assets delivered to you for your project. You are free to modify, host, and sell the resulting website.
  • Our Ownership: Wedding Venue Sites retains ownership of the underlying methodology, workflows, and pre-existing code libraries used to generate your project.

5. User Responsibilities

You represent that:

  • You own or have the right to use the website URL and brand assets you submit.
  • You will not use our service for illegal activities.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the final code and copy for legal compliance before publishing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedding Venue Sites' liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service ($3,500). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the delivered website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
